  • The Idelsohn Society is gearing up for our trip to Poland next week for the Jewish Culture Festival of Krakow. The festival runs from June 24-July 3rd and features lectures, musical performances, films, exhibits and much more.

We will be leading three lectures on June 29th, 30th and July 1st on topics like Black Sabbath, the ever-evolving notion of Israel in music, and the Jewish-Latin wave. Additionally, we have curated a Jews on Vinyl exhibit that will be up at the Ethnography Museum for the duration of the festival and will stay up through July 30th. On July 2nd, there will be a guided tour and discussion of the exhibit.
